"The rising unnamed team" Begins! — Possibilities Discovered in Their First Workshop

Will Our First Workshop Be a Success?

On July 3rd, The rising unnamed team held its very first workshop since its formation.
The session was led by Nexus, our partner in PR support, under the theme “From Ideas to Plans.”
Can young members—who usually work in manufacturing and sales—really achieve meaningful outcomes through a workshop like this?

A Nerve-Wracking Start, Each with Their Own Thoughts in Mind.

After an icebreaker, the workshop began with a lecture on “Introduction & Awareness.”
Participants looked a bit puzzled as they encountered unfamiliar terms rarely used in their day-to-day jobs. Was everything going to be okay?

Next came a mini discussion session.
At first, discussions can be tough when you’re not used to them. We were a bit worried, but everyone was able to share their opinions, and each team managed to put together their own unique ideas.
The good atmosphere brought a sense of relief.

Next: “Idea Generation Methods and Case Studies”

Participants learned not to view project proposals as overly difficult, and a mini workshop was conducted as part of the session.
They refined the ideas from the earlier discussion into more concrete proposals.
Thanks to their prior discussion experience, the process went smoothly. Smiles appeared, and everyone seemed relaxed and engaged. It was going well.

Now, the Main Group Work Begins.

Using everything they had learned so far, the participants moved on to proposal planning.
The phrase “proposal planning” seemed to raise the bar suddenly, but each team engaged in serious discussions and worked hard to shape their ideas—truly inspiring to see.

Although some teams seemed a bit confused at first, but as the content gradually took shape, smiles began to appear.
It felt like they were genuinely experiencing the value of discussing and building ideas together as a team.

Now, It’s Presentation Time.

We expected a polite standoff with everyone saying, “You go first,” but instead, a loud “I’ll go!” echoed through the room.
Instantly, the space filled with cheers and applause—“Ooooh!”—and the atmosphere came alive.
It was an unexpected turn of events, but in such an energized setting, everything seems to move in a positive direction.

The first team presented a proposal for a new product.
Focusing on customer pain points, they shared fresh ideas in a truly excellent presentation. Clap clap! 👏

The second team, keeping the positive energy going, also raised their hand with a confident “I will!” Wonderful!
Their proposal focused on improving internal communication—creating spaces where people can speak more honestly and share opinions to deepen mutual understanding. It was a fantastic presentation. Clap clap! 👏

Their proposal is an intergenerational communication project.
With a strong narrative element, it is a well-crafted win-win solution across age groups aimed at problem-solving. An excellent presentation once again. Clap clap!👏

Finally, a Free Discussion Session.

To wrap up, each participant shared their thoughts and questions about the workshop, helping to align everyone’s understanding.

The first-ever workshop exceeded expectations and swept away our initial worries—everyone left feeling deeply satisfied.
Some learned new methods, others gained external insights.
Some discovered how to create a productive atmosphere, others simply enjoyed the workshop.
Some reflected on themselves, some realized what they need to work on, and some discovered the importance of open discussion.
Each participant walked away with something meaningful—it truly was a valuable and enriching experience.

A Thank You to Nexus.

Thank you so much for clearly and thoughtfully guiding us through the process—from small realizations to full-fledged planning—so that the word “planning” wouldn’t feel intimidating on its own.

We also deeply appreciate how you created a relaxed atmosphere for the group work, helping everyone participate without feeling nervous.

Our “The rising unnamed team” will continue its activities, and we look forward to your continued support going forward.
