The Production Engineering Section is a department dedicated to a wide range of technical operations, with product design at its core. Our work covers everything from managing standard specifications and custom modification designs to preparing estimates and drawings for modified products, overseeing quality control, and handling customer claims.We also utilize 3D CAD to enhance our design process.

Currently, the team consists of seven members, each leveraging their unique expertise to tackle daily challenges and deliver high-quality results.

In our design operations, we meticulously examine the fundamental structure and specifications of each product.
From creating detailed technical drawings to selecting the ideal components, our goal is to achieve a design that balances enhanced quality with cost efficiency.
Many of our projects are built upon our existing standardized products; by utilizing these standardized components, we are able to boost design efficiency while ensuring consistent quality across the board.
Furthermore, our management of standard specifications involves a commitment to keeping all information up-to-date, including the rigorous verification required whenever a design change occurs.

In our custom modification designs, we provide flexible solutions tailored to specific customer requests and specification changes for existing products. Our role involves everything from preparing detailed cost estimates to creating comprehensive modification drawings for the entire project, ensuring that every adjustment meets our customers’ exact needs.
By leveraging 3D CAD, we are able to visualize complex structures and perform detailed interference checks, which allows us to achieve designs with a much higher level of precision. This technology empowers us to identify potential issues at the design stage, ensuring a seamless transition from drawing to production.

In our quality control efforts, we prioritize quality from the very first step of the design phase. By embedding high standards into our designs from the beginning, we play a vital role in enhancing the long-term reliability of our products.
When it comes to handling customer complaints, our priority is to investigate the root cause of any issue with both speed and sincerity. By developing and executing rigorous recurrence prevention plans, we turn these challenges into opportunities to build even greater trust and improve overall customer satisfaction.

In the Production Engineering Section, it’s often the case that we hear nothing once a project is complete. However, we see this silence as the ultimate compliment—it is the best proof that our products are ‘working flawlessly’ for the customer. Furthermore, when we receive repeat requests from the same clients, it gives us a real sense of accomplishment. Hearing through their actions that ‘the last project was handled perfectly’ or ‘we can trust them with this’ is what truly motivates us.

Our team is a balanced mix of fresh talent and seasoned veterans, growing together by actively sharing knowledge and experience. We’ve cultivated a culture where anyone can feel comfortable asking for advice, allowing us to overcome challenges through genuine collaboration. Recently, we have been focused on further evolving our workflow—implementing new efficiency tools and refining our design standards to ensure even faster and more precise responses. Building on the foundation of our accumulated technical expertise, the Production Engineering Section continues to push the boundaries of what we can achieve.
