We, the Painting Team of the Manufacturing Department, are responsible for painting our products after they have gone through the welding and assembly processes.
The paint finish is one of the most crucial elements determining overall product quality.
In this article, we’ll introduce the day-to-day work of our Painting Team!

1.Removing Welding Spatter from the Catch Pallet Truck
This task involves removing welding spatter (small droplets of molten metal that scatter and solidify onto surrounding surfaces during the welding process) attached to the frame using specialized tools.
This process is commonly known as “deburring.” The special tools we use for this are sandpaper and a scraper.

2.Hanging Products on the Conveyor Line
In this step, we hang the products that have been cleared of welding spatter onto hangers attached to the conveyor line.
As we hang them, we check the products by hand to ensure no welding spatter remains.
We handle and hang a wide variety of products, including the PL, CP, and HC series.

3.Washing and Water Blow-off
In this step, the products hanging on the conveyor enter the washing station, where any oil, dust, or debris on the frames is washed away. At the exit of the washing booth, water tends to pool in the recesses of the wet products, so this task involves blowing off that trapped water.

4.Painting (Powder Coating)
This step takes place right after the water blow-off.
Following the washing and blow-off stations along the conveyor line is the painting booth. There, we apply powder coatings to the passing products in various colors like orange, red, blue, gray, white, and sometimes even green.
Because this painting booth is completely enclosed, it gets incredibly hot!
Honestly, it feels so intense that I swear the perceived temperature goes over 50°C (122°F).
