My Children

The most important and irreplaceable presence in my life: my children.
The time we spend together every day may seem ordinary, but I truly feel it is something incredibly special.

An Accumulation of Little Steps in Growth
Children grow at an amazing pace day by day.
What they couldn’t do yesterday, they can suddenly do today. As a parent, each of these is a truly joyful moment.
For example, the first time they spoke, or the first time they walked.
All of these are unforgettable and precious memories.

My 0-Year-Old Son Rolling Over
It has been two weeks since my son first rolled over.
Now, if I look away for even a second, he ends up rolling far away,
so I simply can’t take my eyes off him.

My 2-Year-Old Daughter’s “No-No” Phase
Right now, my daughter is smack in the middle of her “terrible twos.” Lately, her absolute favorite word is just “No!” No matter what we try to do, we are met with a full-power “No.” As a parent, it’s honestly quite exhausting.

My Wishes
I want my children to grow up freely and stay true to themselves.
It is okay if they fail, and it is okay if they take detours.
Because all of those things will become experiences that will surely turn into great strength.
And above all else, as long as they are happy, that is more than enough for me.
