Hello everyone, I am Wu Jiajia, team leader of the Changzhou OPK welding team.

The smooth progress of daily production in the workshop is made possible by the dedication and hard work of every team member. Although each of us has a different role, we are always moving steadily toward the same goal. Working together for a long time has built a strong sense of teamwork among us. Today, I would like to introduce a few colleagues who are doing great work in different production processes.

Gao Xiaojiang handles both crank arm welding and connecting rod flame cutting. He flexibly adapts his tasks to the workshop’s production schedule, proactively keeps up with the team’s overall pace, and actively cooperates with various production assignments.

Dai Weiguo focuses on workpiece shaping, specializing in correcting deformations caused by welding. By finely adjusting dimensions and refining the appearance, he firmly guards the critical checkpoint of product accuracy and aesthetics.

Ji Xiaodong has long been in charge of frame shaping. The frame structure is complex, making the correction work highly challenging. When faced with time-consuming and labor-intensive processing tasks, he consistently works with steady dedication, never making excuses or slacking off.

Zhao Yugui is responsible for grinding various welded workpieces. He patiently grinds down all weld seams and smooths out the edges and corners of the components. His meticulous preliminary processing lays a solid foundation for all subsequent operations.

These colleagues have remained dedicated to their positions for many years. They are grounded and unassuming, always dedicating themselves entirely to their duties. Our entire team has been working together for years and has long developed a smooth and stable work rhythm. Everyone maintains a rigorous and meticulous attitude toward every processed workpiece, never cutting corners or being careless. Together, we ensure that daily production progresses steadily.

At work, we make no distinctions among ourselves. If someone is burdened with heavy tasks, available colleagues will always step up to lend a hand. We understand and support each other, simply focusing on doing every job in the workshop well. There is no hierarchy among our positions; every role each person undertakes is indispensable. It is precisely because everyone quietly fulfills their role that the entire production process can operate smoothly.
