Spotlighting the Changzhou OPK Welding Team (Part 1)

Hello everyone.
I am Wu Jiajia, Team Leader of the Changzhou OPK Welding Team.

Sparks fly in the workshop as I spend my days side by side with my team members. Everyone is dedicated and focused, fulfilling their own duties while always showing consideration and lending a helping hand to one another. Today, I would like to introduce a few colleagues who work hard alongside me.
Ding Erhui has long been dedicated to the welding of oil pump valve bodies and three-piece sets. With years of deep experience in processing these types of workpieces, his technique is steady and seasoned, ensuring that the output quality is always consistent and reliable.

Xie Shuangyin is primarily responsible for welding the oil pump bodies. After finishing the welding of a workpiece, he efficiently moves on to remove the burrs from the valve body. Connecting these two processes reduces the need to transport workpieces back and forth, making the overall operation much smoother and more efficient.

Sun Kai is responsible for welding large components for custom vehicles and stackers. Processing large parts demands high operational precision, yet he is thoroughly familiar with all process details, strictly maintaining the welding standards for every finished product.

He Jinglan is a female member of our team, responsible for welding various series of components. When faced with a multitude of small, intricate workpieces, she handles them with neatness and precision. She works efficiently and responsibly, fully demonstrating her unique strength and exceptional dedication.

Each of my team members has their own strengths, quietly dedicating themselves to their stations and supporting the smooth daily operations of our team. As the Team Leader, my main responsibilities include coordinating the daily production schedule, assigning personnel based on orders, and simultaneously overseeing workplace safety, quality inspections, and process supervision, as well as managing various daily team matters. On a daily basis, I always prioritize addressing the challenges my team faces at work. Whether we encounter bottlenecks in the welding process or difficulties in workpiece processing, I brainstorm solutions together with everyone, striving to be a solid pillar of support for the team.
There is no hierarchy of roles within our team. Every single colleague is indispensable, and a gap in any part of the process affects our overall production. This time, I have introduced a few of the companions I work closely with every day. In the future, I look forward to sharing more stories about our team’s daily interactions and collaboration.
